Acting as a bridge between IT and customers and managing local stakeholders, consulting and supporting the business in collecting, defining business requirements towards IT.

Principali Responsabilità
- Country wide single point of IT contact for local business
- Act as contact for Regional and Global IT - Advise on local regulations, Support rollouts, Organize local reporting
- Supervise daily operation of local IT solution
- Assure that IT activities are within the limits of applicable laws, codes and regulation
- Supplier management – external and internal suppliers
- Operation of local IT systems in the cloud and onsite
- Coordination of migration of IT systems
- Participation in regional IT activities
- Manage country IT budget
- Evaluate and mitigate IT and IT security risks with support of the Security Officer(s)
- Act in alignment with business and IT needs and requirements
- IT issue and service escalation
Titolo di studio
Laurea
Requisiti minimi
- English B2/C1 – written and verbal
- Italian – C1/native
- Customer focus
- IT operation experience
- Experience in client and server solution operation
- Web server (middleware) management experience
- Linux experience (preferably RedHat/CentOS)
